Maternal Wellness Program
You Were Never Meant to Navigate Motherhood Alone.
Pregnancy and motherhood can be beautiful, transformative and overwhelming all at the same time. At BLK Girl Space, we believe every Black mother deserves access to culturally responsive care, meaningful support and a community that understands her journey.
Our Maternal Wellness Program is a free, healing-centered initiative designed to support Black women throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period by prioritizing mental, emotional and physical well-being.
Whether you're expecting your first child or growing your family, this program offers a safe space to learn, connect, heal and thrive alongside other mothers because when mothers are supported, families and communities flourish.
